Tech Hydro provide hydraulic pumps, motors, and components tailored for a wide range of industrial and mobile applications. Heavy machinery demands robust parts to ensure optimal performance, and our replacement pumps and motors will restore your equipment to peak condition. Each pump we produce comes with a one-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind and compliance with OEM specifications. At Tech Hydro, we bridge the gap left by OEMs by manufacturing hard-to-find, costly, and discontinued pumps, motors, and transmissions from renowned brands such as Caterpillar, Danfoss, Kayaba, Hydrokraft, Kawasaki, Hitachi, Hawe, Parker, Yuken, Linde, Vickers, Denison, Rexroth, and many others.
A8VOPUMP Rexroth
The variable displacement dual pump features two axial cone-type piston rotating groups with a swash plate design, specifically engineered for open-circuit hydrostatic transmission. Its flow rate adjusts proportionally to input speed and displacement, allowing for seamless variation from maximum to minimum flow. This pump can be directly mounted on diesel engine flywheel housings and includes an integrated charge pump with a shared suction port for dual circuit functionality. Advanced control algorithms facilitate various regulation modes, including pressure, flow, and power control, while an independent power-limiting controller optimizes energy management. Additionally, it comes with a built-in charge pump equipped with a pressure relief valve and an optional auxiliary pressure reducing valve. The pump supports multiple PTO configurations for mounting axial piston and gear pumps, boasting an industry-leading power-to-weight ratio ideal for compact installations. It is designed for durability and extended service life, even in harsh operating conditions.
The A8VO axial piston variable double pump is adept at generating, controlling, and regulating hydraulic fluid flow, making it suitable for direct mounting on the flywheel case of a diesel engine. This pump utilizes two axial tapered piston rotary groups with a bent-axis design, tailored for open-circuit hydrostatic drives. It features a shared suction port for both circuits and the auxiliary pump, producing two distinct flows for separate circuits. The flow is directly proportional to drive speed and displacement, and by adjusting the bent-axis rotary groups, the two flows can be varied independently and seamlessly. In an open circuit, hydraulic fluid moves from the tank to the variable pump, then to the consumer via a directional valve, before returning to the tank through the same valve.
