Tech Hydro provide hydraulic pumps, motors, and components tailored for a wide range of industrial and mobile applications. Heavy machinery demands robust parts to ensure optimal performance, and our replacement pumps and motors will restore your equipment to peak condition. Each pump we produce comes with a one-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind and compliance with OEM specifications. At Tech Hydro, we bridge the gap left by OEMs by manufacturing hard-to-find, costly, and discontinued pumps, motors, and transmissions from renowned brands such as Caterpillar, Danfoss, Kayaba, Hydrokraft, Kawasaki, Hitachi, Hawe, Parker, Yuken, Linde, Vickers, Denison, Rexroth, and many others.
A7V PUMP Rexroth
The Rexroth A7V series Variable Displacement pump, available in sizes ranging from 20 to 500, features an advanced axial piston unit with a bent axis design, capable of operating under high pressure conditions up to 40MPa (400 bar). This variable displacement pump is specifically engineered for hydrostatic transmissions in open circuits, where the flow rate is directly proportional to both the drive speed and displacement, allowing for seamless adjustments at a constant drive speed. It boasts a comprehensive array of control devices tailored for various control and regulation functions, ensuring optimal performance. The rotary group is designed for high efficiency, incorporating robust roller bearings that can withstand significant loads, with the option for hydrostatic unloading to maintain continuous operation at pressures up to 400 bar. Compatible with both mineral and fire-resistant fluids, the pump features an improved port plate design and a compact structure that effectively reduces noise levels by 5 dBA. The A7VO model utilizes an axial tapered piston rotary group in a bent-axis configuration, allowing for stepless flow adjustments by modifying the bent axis. While standard bearings are used in the A7VO, the A7VLO variant is equipped with long-life bearings, which can also be retrofitted in the standard model for sizes 250 to 500. In an open circuit setup, hydraulic fluid circulates from the reservoir to the pump and then to the consumer, such as a hydraulic motor, before returning directly to the reservoir.
