All sliding surfaces are treated for hardness, significantly reducing wear and enhancing overall effectiveness. The rotary piston design allows for operation up to end stop positions without the need for external stops, with the rotation angle easily adjustable through a standard camshaft for precise positioning. This system features an advanced four-point bearing that efficiently handles both radial and axial forces, ensuring greater longevity and the flexibility of any intermediate rotation angle tailored to customer specifications for seamless integration into existing systems.

Angular adjustment is a standard feature, providing exact final positioning with a ±4° range. Enhanced end position cushioning is included, allowing for soft braking of mass moments of inertia, which contributes to the system’s durability. Utilizing state-of-the-art sealing technology, this design minimizes wear and extends the service life while preventing internal leakage, thereby increasing safety. It operates under working pressures of up to 250 bar and can deliver torque up to 100,000 Nm, with standard rotation angles of 90°, 180°, 270°, and 360°. The system also allows for stepless adjustment of the shaft position and is compatible with all common fittings, including ATEX standards.
