BMER series medium-duty motors are the perfect balance between price and performance, producing high torque at a reasonable cost. BMER motors perform well in a wide range of applications, especially low flow, high pressure applications. The BMER motors exhibit smooth rotation throughout the speed transitions and the combination of shafts, mounts and displacements allow them to be configured for almost any application requirement. The BMER motors adapt the roller gear set design coupled with a pressure balance plate. During startup, pressure causes the balance plate to flex toward the rotor (item 16b), greatly improving volumetric efficiency. As the motor reaches operating pressure, the balance plate relaxes, allowing the rotor to turn freely which translates into higher mechanical efficiencies. Transmitting this power to the output shaft is a heavy duty drive link which is receiving full flow lubrication during operation for longer life.
